The interview with Benedetta Crippa 

I have published a piece of interview from my book “WITH THE DILEMMAS FROM THE FUTURE” on Scratching the Surface. This is the whole interview with Benedetta Crippa. She is an amazing graphic designer and researcher who teaches “Visual Sustainability” at Konstfack University. Also, I added a freshly written intro to the interview piece.

It was great to see my work on the platform Scratching the Surface, since I have been a  listener to the podcast. I think the way Jarrett Fuller conducted interviews gave me inspiration for how I can interview these designers who I admire, and that affected the result of my book.

I highly recommend this interview piece simply because Benedetta covered critical problems that the current graphic design industry has and provided fascinating view points.

書籍 『ジレンマと共に未来からデザインする』 の中に収録したインタビューの１つが 『Scratching the Surface』 で公開されました。これは、ベネデッタ・クリッパさんとのインタビューです。彼女は素晴らしいグラフィックデザイナーであり、コンストファック大学で 「ビジュアル・サステイナビリティ」 を教えている研究者でもあります。また、この掲載にあたり書き下ろしのイントロダクションを追加しました。

今回掲載されたのはジャレット・フュラーが運営している 『Scratching the Surface』 というプラットフォーム。彼のポッドキャストのリスナーなので、このような形でコラボレーションできたのは、とてもうれしいです。彼のインタビューの仕方は、私が本をつくる際にデザイナーにインタビューする上でのヒントになり、本の仕上がりに影響したと思います。
